Project Forecasting is a tool that allows departments to do the following:

1) Utilize payroll data from UCPath (with funding end dates) to accurately project salaries and beneifts on a project.

2) Identify large expenses that are committed, but have not yet gone through the procurement process (Gateway), such as a piece of equipment that would be purchasing at a later time in the project.

3) What-if scenario modeling for personnel and encumbrance planning.

4) Expense forecasting with projections.

5) Rebudgeting between budget categories for scenario planning.
